Can I see a sample before production?
Absolutely! We first make a sample for your approval before proceeding with production. If there is anything that needs to changed or improved, we will help you revise the samples for unlimited times till you are fully satisfied with the sample.

What’s your standard turnaround time? And can you do rush orders?
Each order’s turnaround time depends on your design and its complexity. During the design and manufacturing processes, your representative will be able to provide you with delivery and shipment estimates. We’re often capable of meeting very tight deadlines if we know about them as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline, please tell your representative right away so we can work with you to beat it.

What product quality could I expect from NTNS1997 GIFT?
We are really proud to say we only make high quality socks! We only use premier material (such as combed cotton instead of normal cotton) and we inspect every single pair of socks before shipping to ensure everything is perfect.
What does quality control look like?
We ensure every single pair of socks you receive are perfect. Thus, we enforce a very strict quality control standard and process. We inspect every single pair of socks during and after production.
Design
I just have an idea. Can you help me with design?
Absolutely! We have a team of designers graduating from fashion schools in New York, UK, Italy and Hong Kong. Our designers are really eager to help you create your own designs! And our design service is free!!
Production
What level of customization can NTNS1997 GIFT make?
We do precise customization! From material, style, size to special add-ons like cushion, we can fully customize socks for you!
Can I order custom socks with no MOQ?
One of the many great things about NTNS1997 GIFT is that we have no MOQ order quantity. That means you can place your order with us only when you get a sale. No more old stock, no more old products and more importantly no wasted money – no MOQ is a winner for everyone.
What material do you use?
We have a wide range of materials for you to choose: combed cotton, nylon, polyester bamboo fiber and so on. But no matter what material we are using, we only use the best quality of that material. Take cotton as an example, we only use premier cotton combed cotton instead of normal cotton.
Packaging
What kind of packaging you will provide？
We usually use clear poly bags to pack socks. (1 pair 1 polybag. That's for fee). We also provide other types of packaging, such as backer card, hangtag or hangtag with hanger. If you have other special needs, please reach out to our customer service reps.
Can NTNS1997 GIFT make custom label packaging?
Absolutely! We can help you create custom label packaging!
Are the packaging materials recyclable?
The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene. We also offer recycled and eco-friendly backer card and hangtags.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are proud to announce we ship internationally. The shipping time via air is around 5-7 days. And shipping time via sea is about 25-30 days.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. You can check the detailed shipping time with reps. Your socks will ship as soon as they are ready, and you will receive an email notification with the order’s shipping confirmation and its tracking number.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank wire transfer, PayPal, TT, or Western Union.
Are there any international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
No there is not all!

What's the return policy like?
If you are not satisfied with our socks, please let us know where goes wrong and we will refund money back to you within 1 business day!
